It’s our one-year anniversary! And to celebrate we’re giving away something cool. Win a children’s language DVD in any language–your pick!—from Little Pim. Little Pim is an award-winning foreign language immersion DVD series for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Their Entertainment Immersion Method™ combines animation and real kids, teaching simple words and phrases for everyday activities. Currently offered languages are Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Hebrew, English (ESL), German, Arabic and Russian.
The DVDs are Region 0 so they will play in any country. We will ship anywhere around the world to the winner!

  1. I’d love to win the Spanish one. I have 5 kids, I love the language, but I don’t have time to teach it – so maybe this wouldbe a good way.

  8. Italian because I’m learning it and teaching it to my daughter. It “wasn’t cool to be ethnic” back in my grandma/mom’s day so they stopped but now my mom and we are trying to get it back 🙂

  10. I’d like to win Spanish for my daughter, because I think it’s important for American kids to learn Spanish.

  12. I would love to win the Arabic DVD’s! We have been working to teach our kids Arabic and they love movies – these would be a huge help!

  17. I think I’d chose French. Mainly because we already have the Little Pim Spanish set and LOVE it and it would be fun for our girls to become trilingual!

  18. I want to win the arabic CD because my fiance is from Morocco and he speaks arabic and english. My daughter and I would like to learn to speak a little of his language as well so that when we go back to visit his family we can communicate with them ourselves, not just through my fiance.

  19. I would love to win the Chinese set for my daughter. I am 1/2 Chinese and I grew up in Hawaii which was a melting pot of different cultures and traditions. I always wished I had learned Chinese and my mom and I often talk of how she wished she had kept more of the language that her parents spoke, but when her popo and gung gung came over from China, they wanted to make sure their kids learned English, so by the time my mom’s parents were raising my mom, English was the 1st language of the household, so she never grew up bilingual. I would love for my daughter to learn Chinese and be exposed to a different side of the culture. As she gets older, I am looking forward to introducing her to the traditions that I grew up with and also the food!! 🙂

  21. I posted on my facebook page your book review on HUNGRY FOR SOME BEE-BIM-BOP! I LOVED this dish growing up and thought it was so sweet that a mom and daughter would make this together in the book. I am going to go look for it online to purchase for my daughter. I was able to browse your website for the first time and really liked your Traditions and Real Family categories. There were alot of fun things in there that I will go back to!!

  22. I want to win an Arabic DVD so that my son can learn some Arabic so he can communicate with our family members who only speak Arabic.

  24. We’d love to win the Chinese language DVD for our son who will arrive in December. My husband is Taiwanese and I am Japanese. I will be able to teach him Japanese at home but my husband who will be working most of the time will be unable to immerse him much in the Mandarin language and so we hope this will be able to fill in the gaps during the week so he will be tri-lingual!

  25. I would love to win Spanish. My children’s grandparents are planning on taking the kids to see Spain next year. They said they would like to show the kids before they get too old so I would love for both my 6 and 10 year old to have a base of the language be fore we go on this one in a life time trip..

  29. I’d love to win one of the new German DVDs. My husband is German but due to work it is mainly only English from me, so my son’s German is really falling behind. This will help me increase German time during the day.
